Dodgers Clinch No. 13. Tucker Was One Hit Away From History.

In Cincinnati on Thursday night, the Dodgers beat the Reds 8-2 to clinch their fifth consecutive NL West title — their 13th in the last 14 years. Kyle Tucker did the heavy lifting: a first-inning two-run homer, two doubles, and a single, 4-for-5 with 3 RBI. He needed only a triple to complete the cycle. He didn't get one. He got a division title instead.

Los Angeles opened with Justin Wrobleski, who threw three perfect innings before handing off to Landon Knack for four more — a bullpen game that worked because the lineup never let Reds starter Brady Singer settle in. Tucker's two-run shot in the first set the tone; the Dodgers led the rest of the way. The win pushed Los Angeles to 93-60 and locked up a division that, at this point, feels like it belongs to them by default.

A Streak That Doesn't Look Like Slowing

Five straight NL West titles. Thirteen in the last fourteen years. Two of the last two World Series. In a sport built around parity and short windows, the Dodgers have built something that looks more like a dynasty than a division winner — and Thursday's clinch, on the road, in a bullpen game, with their newest star doing the damage, is just the latest chapter.

One Hit From the Cycle

Tucker's day was the story inside the story: a two-run homer in the first, an RBI double in the second, a single in the fourth, and another double in the eighth — four for five, three RBI, two runs scored. A double in the eighth landed in the left-center gap and stayed a double. One more base on any of those swings and it's a cycle in a clinching game. Instead it's a 4-for-5 day that decided a division.

The Whole Game, Kept

A highlight reel shows you Tucker's homer. A scorecard shows you the whole night — Wrobleski's perfect three innings, Knack's relief work, every at-bat that built the lead the Reds never threatened. Field & Ink builds any MLB game from the last 100 years as a hand-lettered scorecard, including the one that just clinched a division.
